A new generation of process terminals. BRANKAMP has designed its universal process terminal based on state-of-the-art PC technology. The BRANKAMP GT  is the first  of a new generation of process monitoring systems for stamping, cold forming and cutting machines. A universal system for all production machines, the GT supports all process programs: on-line process display, automatic stop recording, dynamic envelope curve, error message, stop code memory, shift protocol, trend, counter and more.

    Touch Screen
    Easy-to-use touch screen is more robust and easier to clean than conventional keyboards.
    Color
    Colored templates display data more clearly, particularly when viewing curves. A template button selects one of three template styles: classic, elegant and contemporary.
    Macro
    The GT display may be enlarged by more than 200 percent by its zoom function.
    Interface
    BRANKAMP designed the GT with an open interface for networking and remote diagnosis via a modem.
    Multi-task
    The GT software is compatible with Windows 95 and NT and supports integration of CAD drawings, quality control and shop floor data.

We fit the bar feed stop lever with a tried an tested force measurement sensor and measure the stop force and the entire pressure course.

BRANKAMP offers sensors for any kind of operation. To get a better look into the process multiple sensors of different types can be used. Our units are able to process all sensor signals in parallel. This is BRANKAMP multi-sensor technology, part of BOMA (BRANKAMP OPEN MODULAR ARCHITECTURE).
In other words: All sensors fit to all units, all sensors can be combined with any other sensor. Sensor installation is now simple.
